Registration:
Conference registration includes admission to technical sessions, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and all material. Registration also includes conference material plus admission to the sessions, exhibits, meals and networking breaks. Additional fees are required for the special activities: optional training and gala dinner/award ceremony.
Payment:
Payment must accompany all conference registrations before they will be processed. Payment methods accepted are Visa, MasterCard, personal and company checks. Payment must be in Canadian Funds and checks must be made to SCAV-CSVA.
Confirmation:
Conference registrations made online will receive an e-mail confirmation of registration. Individuals who mail their conference registrations and payment via postal delivery will receive written confirmation of their registration. The confirmation of registration will serve as your receipt for payment.
Cancellation policy:
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing, e-mail or fax to the CSVA office no later than November 1, 2007. Cancellations by this date will be subject to a cancellation charge of $25. No refunds will be given for any cancellations received after November 1st.
