Value Management has long been important in the advancement of projects in the Alberta Government.   Lessons learned have recently been incorporated into a formal value management program where it is felt that a consistent approach to capital projects will bring about benefits.  Alberta Infrastructure is excited to share with you how they have developed and implemented a value management program based on the principles of SAVE International.  We have all used the terms adding value and best value.  Here is a method to help you achieve value.  Come and learn about what value management is, how it is being used by Alberta Infrastructure and how you can take away an approach that will help you attain the best value from your projects.
